   DLD险锻、SLD系列螺旋速凍裝置的不銹鋼物料傳送網(wǎng)帶在凍結(jié)間內(nèi)做螺旋式轉(zhuǎn)動症慰，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)物料的快速凍結(jié)。分別采用頂吹風(fēng)和側(cè)吹風(fēng)的布風(fēng)方式现喳，凍結(jié)時間可選范圍20~90分鐘凯傲。適用于調(diào)理食品、小包裝食品嗦篱、分割肉泣洞、冰淇淋等快速凍結(jié),也可用于海產(chǎn)品、水果和不宜流態(tài)化速凍的蔬菜產(chǎn)品等默色。

      ◆ 不銹鋼結(jié)構(gòu)：SUS304不銹鋼材料制作策吠，凍品可以直接擺在網(wǎng)帶上凍結(jié)，格外平滑的網(wǎng)格使凍品幾乎不留印記瘩绒；網(wǎng)帶兩側(cè)鏈片上設(shè)有擋邊猴抹，凍品或盤子不易從網(wǎng)帶上滑落。

      ◆ 的風(fēng)道設(shè)計(jì)：螺旋塔和蒸發(fā)器的外圍的檔風(fēng)板設(shè)計(jì)成對稱的锁荔、流暢的環(huán)形風(fēng)道蟀给，增強(qiáng)凍品的換熱效果而又使得進(jìn)、出料口不跑冷阳堕，而且操作人員也可隨時進(jìn)入庫內(nèi)查看運(yùn)行情況跋理。

      ◆ 雙面不銹鋼隔熱庫體：隔熱庫體采用雙面不銹鋼聚氨脂庫板，庫門為雙層密封條并配有加熱器恬总，有效防止凍結(jié)前普。

      ◆ 可靠的傳動控制：螺旋傳動引進(jìn)，網(wǎng)帶運(yùn)行采用變頻控制辱雅，速度可實(shí)現(xiàn)無級可調(diào)麦荸。不銹鋼電控箱，庫內(nèi)溫度數(shù)字顯示怨颜，整個設(shè)備運(yùn)行可靠喷融。

      ◆ 庫內(nèi)底面大水槽不滲漏，排水方便：庫內(nèi)整個底面用3mm厚SUS304不銹鋼板做成的水槽夯架，滲漏可剪，清洗容易排水快。

◆ stainless steel structure: made of SUS304 stainless steel material, frozen products can be directly placed on the mesh belt to freeze, and the extremely smooth mesh makes the frozen products almost leave no mark; the chain pieces on both sides of the mesh belt are provided with retaining edges, so the frozen products or plates are not easy to slide off the mesh belt.

◆ unique air duct design: the baffle around the spiral tower and evaporator is designed as a symmetrical and smooth circular air duct, which can enhance the heat exchange effect of frozen products and make the inlet and outlet not run cold, and the operator can also enter the warehouse at any time to check the operation.

◆ double sided stainless steel heat insulation storehouse: the heat insulation storehouse adopts double-sided stainless steel polyurethane storehouse plate, the storehouse door is double-layer sealing strip and equipped with heater to effectively prevent freezing.

◆ reliable transmission control: screw drive introduces advanced technology from the United States, frequency conversion control is adopted for mesh belt operation, and the speed can be stepless and adjustable. ◆ the large water tank at the bottom of the warehouse is not leaking, and the drainage is convenient: the whole bottom of the warehouse is made of 3 mm SUS304 stainless steel plate, which is impermeable, easy to clean and fast to drain.

注：

      1耘昙、凍結(jié)能力以裸凍蝦為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)沈路，上料密度8kg/m2计浮，進(jìn)料中心溫度15℃，出料中心溫度－18?-15℃加六，凍結(jié)溫度－35℃±2℃辫继。

      2、凍結(jié)時間可根據(jù)不同的凍品調(diào)節(jié)俗慈。

      3姑宽、耗冷量按冷凝溫度+35℃，蒸發(fā)溫度－42℃工況條件計(jì)闺阱。

      4炮车、根據(jù)凍品的情況可非標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)。
