分瓶螺桿：將欲套標(biāo)瓶做等距分開就轧，進(jìn)入帶瓶組。
分瓶螺桿的常用材質(zhì)有三種：種田度，國產(chǎn)POM和進(jìn)口POM材質(zhì)妒御，常用的為國產(chǎn)POM材質(zhì)，優(yōu)點(diǎn)是成本較低镇饺，特性是不易變形乎莉，自潤滑性能高，不會劃傷瓶子戏喊。進(jìn)口POM特性屬于國產(chǎn)POM加強(qiáng)版炒圈，但是成本較高，所以大多數(shù)人設(shè)計師在非必要情況下還是選擇國產(chǎn)POM材質(zhì)躺沽。
第二種蚕顷，MC尼龍材質(zhì)，成本與POM相差不大满盔，常應(yīng)用于沖擊力較大需要耐沖擊的環(huán)境峰辣，特性是耐沖擊、耐刮擦锄灾，自潤滑性能好春庇，耐磨，有些朋友遇到分瓶螺桿經(jīng)常斷裂的情況下覆霹，可以嘗試使用下MC尼龍的材質(zhì)猜逮；
第三種，PE材質(zhì)煞陵，PE的成本方面跟前面兩種相差不大照菱，分瓶螺桿行業(yè)里用的比較少，PE材質(zhì)的特性就是耐磨航邢，很多朋友反映分瓶螺桿由于磨損較嚴(yán)重需要經(jīng)常更換耕赘，建議可以試用一下PE材質(zhì)的分瓶螺桿。

There are three commonly used materials for bottle splitting screws: the first one is domestic POM and imported POM materials. Domestic POM materials are commonly used. Imported POM features belong to the enhanced version of domestic POM, but the cost is higher, so most people choose domestic POM materials under unnecessary conditions.
The second type, MC nylon material, has the same cost as POM. It is often used in environments where the impact force is large and needs impact resistance. The characteristics are impact resistance, scratch resistance, good self-lubricating performance and wear resistance. In the case that the bottle screw often breaks, you can try using MC nylon material;
The third type, PE material, the cost of PE is not much different from the previous two. The bottle screw industry is less used, and the PE material is the largest The characteristic is wear resistance. Many friends report that the bottle split screw needs to be replaced frequently due to severe wear. It is recommended to try the bottle split screw made of PE material.
