瑞德RDN制氮系統(tǒng)說明
RDN系列制氮機是根據(jù)變壓吸附原理痹换,采用高品質的碳分子篩作為吸附劑征字,在一定的力學效應,氧在碳分子篩微孔中擴散速率遠大于氮娇豫,在吸附未達到平衡時匙姜,氮在氣相中被富集起來,形成成品氮氣冯痢。然后減壓至常壓氮昧,吸附劑脫附所吸附的氧氣等其它雜質,實現(xiàn)再生浦楣。一般在系統(tǒng)中設置兩個吸附塔袖肥,一塔吸附產(chǎn)氮,另一塔脫附再生振劳,通過PLC程序自動控制椎组,使兩塔交替循環(huán)工作,以實現(xiàn)連續(xù)生產(chǎn)高品質氮氣之目的历恐。壓力下寸癌,經(jīng)過凈化干燥的壓縮空氣,在吸附器中進行加壓吸附弱贼、減壓脫附兰捣。
