我廠(chǎng)制造的jrf系列立筒式金屬體燃煤間接加熱熱風(fēng)爐產(chǎn)品赁严，是由中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)工程研究設(shè)計(jì)院設(shè)計(jì)，經(jīng)過(guò)五次升級(jí)換代達(dá)到了車(chē)內(nèi)水平舟陆，并干一九八九年二月二日獲得國(guó)家技術(shù)產(chǎn)品误澳。該爐采用了集燃燒與換熱為一體耻矮，以爐體高溫部位進(jìn)行換熱的間接加熱技術(shù)秦躯。煙氣和空氣各走其道，加熱無(wú)污染裆装，熱效率高達(dá)65-80%踱承，升溫快，體積小哨免，安裝方便茎活、使用可靠，且價(jià)格低 (與1噸鍋爐相比琢唾，該加熱系統(tǒng)只相當(dāng)干鍋爐加熱系統(tǒng)價(jià)格的一半)载荔。采取了耐高溫措施，從而使其壽命比列管式熱風(fēng)爐大大提高采桃，輸出熱風(fēng)溫度可達(dá)300度懒熙，采用特殊設(shè)計(jì)輸出熱風(fēng)溫度可達(dá)500-800度，同時(shí)采用了煙氣縱向沖刷散熱片和負(fù)壓吸式排煙方式脂壁，換熱部位不積灰塵囤乎，無(wú)須清理，熱性能穩(wěn)定揖帕「冶。可使用各種煤或柴作燃料，并配有二次進(jìn)風(fēng)裝置挎茂，燃燒*艇线。
該爐的各項(xiàng)技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)均達(dá)到了國(guó)內(nèi)水平。
該爐為通用性熱風(fēng)加熱裝置，與各種物料的干燥設(shè)計(jì)設(shè)備使用游鹿。廣泛用于糧食乃蔬，種子，飼料容且，果品·脫水蔬菜刁夺，香菇·木耳，銀耳·茶葉亮隙，煙葉等農(nóng)產(chǎn)品途凫，食品、醫(yī)藥藥品溢吻，化工原料维费，輕重工業(yè)產(chǎn)品的加熱除濕。還可用于各種設(shè)施的加熱以及庫(kù)房除濕等促王。
目前該爐己形成十個(gè)產(chǎn)品犀盟，三大系列、其輸出熱量為：
