工作原理
* 工作原理如圖所示,料斗中的物料由加料器均勻鋪在網(wǎng)帶上恋晃,網(wǎng)帶采用12一60目不銹鋼絲網(wǎng)栖俐,由傳動(dòng)裝置拖動(dòng)在干燥機(jī)內(nèi)移動(dòng)。干燥機(jī)由若干單元組成陷立,每一單元熱風(fēng)獨(dú)立循環(huán)肥寺,其中部分尾氣由專門排濕風(fēng)機(jī)4排出,每一單元排出廢氣量均有調(diào)節(jié)閥控制柱炼。在上循環(huán)單元中糯敢,循環(huán)風(fēng)機(jī)5出來的風(fēng)由側(cè)面風(fēng)道進(jìn)入單元下腔,氣流向上通過加熱器7加熱痒脊,經(jīng)分配器6分配后瞎弥,成噴射流吹向網(wǎng)帶,穿過物料后進(jìn)入上腔培晓。干燥過程是熱氣流穿過物料層涡写,完成熱量與質(zhì)量傳遞的過程。上腔由風(fēng)管與風(fēng)同入口相連廓握,大部分氣體循環(huán)搅窿,一部分溫度較低含濕量較大的氣體作為廢氣經(jīng)排濕管、調(diào)節(jié)閥隙券、排濕風(fēng)機(jī)排出男应。下循環(huán)單元中,循環(huán)風(fēng)機(jī)出來的風(fēng)*入上腔娱仔,向下經(jīng)換熱器加熱沐飘,穿過物料層進(jìn)入下腔,下腔由側(cè)風(fēng)道及回風(fēng)管與風(fēng)機(jī)入口相連牲迫,大部分氣體循環(huán)耐朴,一部分排出。上盹憎、下循環(huán)單元根據(jù)用戶需要可靈活配備筛峭,單元數(shù)量也可根據(jù)需要選取铐刘。
* 用于脫水蔬菜,一般使用三臺(tái)設(shè)備串連使用影晓,形成初干段镰吵,中間段及終干段。在初干段中捉瘟,由干物料含水量高旁班,透氣性差,故應(yīng)采用較小的鋪推高的干燥溫度铲锭。初干段中职菜,干燥氣體溫度可達(dá)120℃以上。終干段內(nèi)物料停留時(shí)間是初干段的3-6倍纫蝗,鋪料厚度是初干段的2-4倍羔辉。對(duì)干物料溫度不超過60℃的要求,可采用80℃左右的干燥氣體仇韩。采用多段組合能更好地發(fā)揮帶式干燥機(jī)的性能睁衰,且干燥更均勻。
Working Principle
* As showed in the drawing,materials inside the hopper is spread uniformly by the feeder onto the mesh belt made of 12-60 eye stainless steel and moved inside the drier by driving devices. Drier is composed by a few units in which hot air circulates separay and waste air is exhausted by adjustable special fan.During the upper circulation,circulated air enters the lower chamber of the unit and the air flow is heated and distributed to mesh belt in the form of spraying flow before it enters upper chamber through the belt materials.Drying process is the duration of hot air flowing through material layer, where heat and quality is transmitted.upper chamber is connected by air pipe with fan inlet,in which,most part of air circulates except those with low temperature and high humidity which is drained through humidity exhaust.regulation valve and exhaust fan,In the low circulation unit,circulated air enters upper chamber first,heated by exchanger when down-streams through material layer to the lower chamber which is connected with fan inlet by side air pipes and return air pipes,most part of air circulates with little be drained. Moreover,each unit can be completed freely according to user′s request.
* If used for dewatering vegetables.Serial 3 sets is normally adopted to form initial,middle and final drying section,among which,initial section takes thinner spreading thickness,speedy runing and higher drying temperature which can reach 120-hold time in the final section will be 3 ~ 6 time of initial one,spreading thickness will be 2-4 times,normally drying air around 80℃ is used for materials who require a temperature not over 60℃.All in all,multy-section composition will put the properties of belt drier into full play.
