8.the temperature of inlet are can be controlled automatically and continuously; 9.epuipped with are sweeping device. 概述  該機(jī)采用全封閉形式坐桩，所有部件均采用不銹鋼制造，配有三級(jí)凈化裝置封锉，過濾后的空氣達(dá)十萬(wàn)級(jí)要求爬蜜。簡(jiǎn)體與頂部裝有冷壁裝置，使壁溫280℃假凿。干燥塔內(nèi)裝有氣刷掃塔裝置披痕。經(jīng)該機(jī)干燥后的申藥浸膏粉，不會(huì)出現(xiàn)焦化變質(zhì)現(xiàn)象番雀。 基本原理: 中藥浸膏高速離心式噴霧裝置是離心式噴霧干燥技術(shù)在特定物料干燥中的應(yīng)用吐莲，也是利用高速離心式霧化器使物料分散成霧狀斋泄，與熱空氣充分接觸拉馋，完成瞬間干燥，形成粉狀成品的干燥裝置幅猖。中藥浸膏于干燥機(jī)是專門用來(lái)解決中藥浸膏和植物撮液的噴霧干燥機(jī)脱刷，它解決了物料在原lpg高速噴霧干燥機(jī)在中藥浸盲干燥中出現(xiàn)的以下情況: 1阐逗、物料粘壁，收粉率低: 2饮码，物料在壁上停留時(shí)間長(zhǎng)韵谋，產(chǎn)生物料的焦化變質(zhì)現(xiàn)象;
