臥式砂漿攪拌機(jī)操作規(guī)程：
■啟動(dòng)前**先檢查旋轉(zhuǎn)部分與料筒是否有刮碰現(xiàn)象堡掏，如有刮碰，應(yīng)及時(shí)調(diào)整刨疼。
■ 減速箱應(yīng)注入機(jī)油后方能使用泉唁，卸料蝸輪及滑動(dòng)軸承處也應(yīng)注入機(jī)油。
■清理料筒內(nèi)雜料揩慕，將筒體限位裝置鎖緊亭畜，然后啟動(dòng)機(jī)器，如在啟動(dòng)后發(fā)現(xiàn)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)方向不符合要求時(shí)迎卤，應(yīng)及時(shí)切斷電源拴鸵，將導(dǎo)線的任意兩根相線互換位置，再重新啟動(dòng)蜗搔。
■ 將混凝土拌合物裝入料筒內(nèi)劲藐，合上筒蓋，根據(jù)攪拌時(shí)間調(diào)整時(shí)間繼電器的定時(shí)（必須在斷電情況下調(diào)整）樟凄。

Operation rules of horizontal mortar mixer

■ Clean up the miscellaneous materials in the barrel, lock the barrel limit device, and then start the machine. If the running direction is found to be inconsistent with the requirements after the startup, the power should be cut off in time, and any two phase wires of the wire should be interchanged. Restart again.
■ Put the concrete mixture into the barrel, close the cover, and adjust the timing of the time relay according to the mixing time (must be adjusted in the case of power failure).
■ Press the start button, the main shaft will drive the mixing shovel to run, and it will stop automatically when it reaches the set time.
■ When unloading, stop the machine first, then release the material position restriction and handle, and then rotate the hａnd wheel. The worm wheel will drive the barrel to the position convenient for discharging, stop the rotation, and then start the machine to make the spindle run to discharge the material until Stop the spindle to run cleanly, and turn the handwheel to reset the barrel.
■ Clean the barrel. Put the water into the barrel and run the spindle to clean the residual material in the barrel or use sａnd to clean it.
