本機五大創(chuàng)新：

1、產(chǎn)能高蕾额，穩(wěn)定速度可達80盒/分鐘早芭；

2、功能齊诅蝶，半蓋/全蓋退个，紙高盒低/紙低盒高均可；

3调炬、換產(chǎn)快语盈，更換規(guī)格僅需10-20分鐘；

4缰泡、操作便刀荒，伺服送紙、PLC控制系統(tǒng)易掌握棘钞；

5缠借、成本低，采用進口膠機0.3mm-0.36mm噴嘴膠量少武翎。

Five innovations of the machine

1烈炭、High output. The stable speed can reach 80 boxes/minute.

適用范圍：

適用于面巾紙单旺、餐巾紙、方巾紙脂挥、手帕紙拔怜、棉柔巾等的自動入盒封盒包裝。

It is suitable for automatic boxing of facial tissues, square tissues, pocket tissues,cotton tissues etc.

主要性能結構特點：

1骑枯、采用自動送料盏踢、開盒、入盒涡税、打批號（選配）赐杏、噴膠交某、封盒等的包裝形式，結構緊湊合理散骚，操作調整簡單麻诀；

2、采用伺服電機和觸摸屏傲醉、PLC可編程控制系統(tǒng)蝇闭，人機界面顯示操作更清晰簡便，自動化程度高硬毕，更具人性化呻引；

3、采用自動理料輸送機構吐咳，方便與自動生產(chǎn)線聯(lián)動生產(chǎn)苞七，可大量降低勞動力成本；

4挪丢、采用光電眼自動檢測跟蹤系統(tǒng)蹂风，空包不下盒，限度地節(jié)約了包裝材料乾蓬；

5惠啄、包裝范圍大，調節(jié)方便任内，各種規(guī)格尺寸之間可實現(xiàn)快速轉換歇盒；

6、更換規(guī)格無需大量更換模具腐熊，只需調節(jié)或更換個別部件即可實現(xiàn)韩丸；

7、采用物品進盒不到位自動停機和主傳動電機過載保護裝置冒瞎，適用更安全可靠查新；

8、可根據(jù)客戶要求洛怠，采用上翻式安全防護罩批先，操作簡便，外形美觀眉崩。

Main performances and structure features:

1. Packing forms such as automatic feeding, box opening, boxing, batch No. printing, glue spreading, box sealing, etc. are adopted. Featured by compact and reasonable structure, simple operation and adjustment.

2. Servo/step motor, touch screen, PLC control system ａnd man-machine interface display make operation more clear and convenient. With high automation degree, the machine is more user-friendly.

3. The automatic material arranging and conveying mechanism is adopted to facilitate linked production with automatic production line, which can greatly reduce labor cost.

4. The photoelectric eye automatic detection tracking system is adopted. No boxing is made if the bag is empty, so as to save packing materials to the utmost extent.

5. With wide packing range and convenient adjustment, fast switching among various specifications ａnd sizes can be realized.

6. Change of specifications does not need change of molds, but can be realized through adjustment.

7. Automatic stopping is available when the material boxing is not in place, and the main driving motor overload protection device is used, so that the machine is safer and more reliable.

8. According to customer requirements, the upturning type safety protective cover is adopted, which is featured by simple operation and beautiful appearance.
