概 述

SUMMARY
The vacuum belt type drying machine is a new model drying device developed in recent years in the country. If the vacuum oven is adopted for drying, bacterial contamination and moisture absorption will easily occur because of too long drying time, high energy consumption and intermittent operation, which cannot meet GMP quality standards. 工作原理:
待干燥的物料通過螺桿計量泵將其送入干燥機的真空室內(nèi)吨拗,并由布料電機均勻的灘涂在傳送帶上。由電機驅(qū)動特制的輥軸傳動傳送帶婿斥,并以設(shè)定的速度運轉(zhuǎn)劝篷。傳送帶下面設(shè)有相互獨立的加熱板和一組冷卻板,傳送帶與加熱板民宿、冷卻板緊密貼合娇妓,以接觸傳熱的方式將干燥所需的熱量傳遞給物料與冷卻。根據(jù)物料性質(zhì)的不同設(shè)定傳送帶的運轉(zhuǎn)速度活鹰,當物料由傳送帶從筒體的一端運送到另一端時哈恰,物料已經(jīng)干燥并冷卻。傳送帶折回時志群,干燥后的料餅從傳送帶上剝離着绷,通過粉碎裝置進行粉碎后,經(jīng)由蝶閥氣閘出料锌云,獲得的顆粒荠医,可直接制成膠囊或壓片。
整臺設(shè)備采用PLC控制桑涎。通過PC機的人機界面來操作設(shè)備彰莲。在干燥機附近設(shè)置觸摸屏操作面板,配置圖形界面烈瘸,能顯示各類工藝參數(shù)聂挚、生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)等參數(shù),可實時進行修改和調(diào)控犹蝇×庑海可配備CIP在位清洗,使得更換產(chǎn)品清洗非常方便昵斤。
