倒瓶殺菌機介紹

  倒瓶殺菌機本機主要適用茶韭展、果汁飲料經(jīng)熱灌裝封蓋后杉唇，對瓶口、瓶蓋未能被高溫物料接觸到的空隙部分進行殺菌。灌裝封蓋后的產(chǎn)品辟侠，經(jīng)本機自動翻轉(zhuǎn)90度將瓶放平逃缔，通過物料溫度對瓶蓋內(nèi)壁進行殺菌，然后再自動正立眨柑，進入噴淋冷卻機泄廓，該機采用進口傳動鏈，平穩(wěn)可靠對瓶身無損傷坪腔，傳送速度無級調(diào)速权浸。

The machine is mainly suitable for the sterilization of gaps of bottle necks and lids not contacted by high temperature materials, after sealing the heat filled tea and fruit juice. The products after filling and sealing will be laid flat through automatic rotary of 900 of the machine; the internal wall of the lid will be sterilized by the material temperature; then the products will turn vertical automatically and enter spraying cooling machine. The machine adopts inlet conveying chain, stable and reliable as well as free of damaging of the bottle body. The conveying speed is stepless speed variation.
