一把曼、用途：
主要用于大輸液、小針劑及其它溶解漓穿、滅菌與調(diào)配作用嗤军。

二注盈、性能：
1、本系列設(shè)備具有加熱叙赚、冷卻和保溫老客、攪拌調(diào)配功能。容器按《鋼制壓力容器技術(shù)條件》進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)震叮、加工沿量。
2、規(guī)格有0．05m3一5．0m3不同容積供選擇冤荆，還可以根據(jù)用戶實(shí)際工藝需要進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)、加工权纤。

4、軸封采用衛(wèi)生級(jí)硬質(zhì)合金與碳化硅204平衡型機(jī)械密封深七。耐磨耐壓茧滞。減速機(jī)選用進(jìn)口．轉(zhuǎn)速為60-82轉(zhuǎn)/分。也可采用變頻器來調(diào)速粉霹。
5狠劳、接口采用通用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)iso標(biāo)準(zhǔn)快裝卡盤式，材料為進(jìn)口316l或304喉侨，內(nèi)表面鏡面拋光ra≤0．28μm品隅，外表面亞光或鏡面拋光處理。
6青礁、液位計(jì)有玻璃管液位計(jì)燃徊、靜壓傳感器式液位計(jì)、超聲波液位計(jì)可供選擇谋监。
7厚累、結(jié)構(gòu)形式分為上下橢圓封頭或下反凸底上橢圓封頭結(jié)構(gòu)，確保藥液不殘留本鸣。
8疫衩、夾套結(jié)構(gòu)形式分為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)夾套，外盤管夾套永高，蜂窩夾套三種供選擇隧土。
