本機(jī)是生產(chǎn)巧克力麥麗素怕翘,巧克力豆的大產(chǎn)量自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)設(shè)備荠涂,以花生主厅、軟糖拨俏、葡萄干等為芯料。料進(jìn)行表面裹衣拋光的設(shè)備咒祠,本機(jī)全采用程序代控制自動(dòng)化程度智复,人機(jī)界面捺再,更直觀。(因其個(gè)性化光樱,多彩的觸摸屏钧椿,操作人員可隨時(shí)對(duì)生產(chǎn)流程實(shí)現(xiàn)全程控制),不同產(chǎn)品可以進(jìn)行配方儲(chǔ)存椿笤,生產(chǎn)工藝流程可以設(shè)定修改盹屠。

特殊產(chǎn)品詳細(xì)說(shuō)明及相關(guān)要求: 1鞋诗,對(duì)于易碎產(chǎn)品和膨化較輕的產(chǎn)品要求:直徑要求大于等于4MM膀捷,生產(chǎn)中投入的心料控制在250升以內(nèi),產(chǎn)品越易碎,加料體積應(yīng)越少削彬。 2全庸,對(duì)于非圓狀結(jié)構(gòu)帶棱角的產(chǎn)品要求:因?yàn)閵A角邊緣在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中碰撞容易損傷和裹不上漿料,因此夾角越多面積越大融痛,在成型的過(guò)程中的漿料厚度會(huì)越大壶笼。此類產(chǎn)品不宜做成圓狀和厚度*的產(chǎn)品。 3,對(duì)于易粘連的產(chǎn)品要求:在投料前應(yīng)做處理雁刷,防止在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中粘接影響成型覆劈,越容易粘連的產(chǎn)品投放比例應(yīng)越少。 4沛励, 對(duì)于漿料的要求:在投入設(shè)備前必須進(jìn)行過(guò)濾處理责语,防止?jié){料里含有顆粒影響和堵塞噴淋口。 | Special product’s details and requirements: 1.For breakable product and puffed product :Diameter ≥4mm,product’s material ≤250 litres.Product more breakable ,material smaller volumes. 2.For cone product:Be not suitable for round and consistent thickness product.Because it is easy to broken and can’t wrapped chocolate. 3.For adhesive product:More adhesive product,less parts to put in. 4.For chocolate paste :Must filter paste before put ,avoid some pellet on paste to plug spray nozzle. |
