主要性能和結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：

1旋逛、    背封矛塑，又稱枕式包裝機(jī)；

2悴碳、    可自動(dòng)完成制袋借街、計(jì)量、下料灾囊、封合听想、分切、計(jì)數(shù)马胧、打印批號等功能汉买；

3、    *的微電腦控制器佩脊，步進(jìn)驅(qū)動(dòng)式電機(jī)控制袋長蛙粘，性能穩(wěn)定、調(diào)整方便威彰、檢測準(zhǔn)確出牧；

4、    選用智能式溫控儀歇盼，PID調(diào)節(jié)舔痕，保證將溫度的誤差范圍控制在步進(jìn)驅(qū)動(dòng)式電機(jī)1℃以內(nèi)。

適用范圍：

膨化食品豹缀、蝦條伯复、花生、爆米花邢笙、麥片啸如、瓜子、白糖越化、調(diào)味品等顆粒狀影菩、短條狀、片狀固型物仙茴。

Main function and characteristic:

1.         Back-side sealing. It is called pillow packing machine also.

2.       Automatically finish the procedures of bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting, counting and printing series number.

3.       Advanced computer control and stepping driving motor are adopted to control the bag length with stable performance, convenient adjustment and accurate detection.

4.       Inligent temperature controller and PID adjustment make sure the error rage of temperature within 1℃.

Application scope:

Be used to pack puffed food, shrimp strip, peanut, popcorn, oatmeal, melon seeds, sugar and flavoring in the shape of granule, short strip and flakiness.
