產(chǎn)品描述：

20KW防爆高壓風(fēng)機在正常情況下 , 爆炸性粉塵或可燃纖維與空氣的混合物可能會發(fā)生因粉塵泄漏等原因而形成爆炸性粉塵混合物 在正常運行時，爆炸性粉塵混合物不太可能出現(xiàn)腔稀，只有在故障狀態(tài)下才會發(fā)生的場所盆昙。易燃顆粒，金屬顆粒貨粉塵的場所烧颖，禁止防爆風(fēng)機工作或使用弱左。

注意事項 
1、風(fēng)機在使用中會可能會產(chǎn)生高溫掸鹅，應(yīng)避免碰觸外殼塞帐，防止?fàn)C傷。 
2巍沙、馬達負(fù)載電流會隨風(fēng)機之使用空氣壓力變化而變化葵姥。配線時應(yīng)裝置適用該機種之過負(fù)載保護開關(guān)，并在額定滿載電流下使用句携，以避免馬達燒毀献舍。 
3、風(fēng)機連續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn)的適用范圍請參考目錄上之風(fēng)量——靜壓曲線圖宴亦，并在曲線范圍內(nèi)使用苟及，切勿超過適用范圍。若使用時必須接近封閉壓力啥闪，則在管路中設(shè)置壓力釋放閥夷钥，當(dāng)使用管路關(guān)閉時，壓力釋放閥會自動打開曙悠，調(diào)節(jié)空氣進出婿残，以確保風(fēng)機之壽命，若在管路封閉下運轉(zhuǎn)烘韩，風(fēng)機的溫度會急劇上升襟腹，此時應(yīng)避免持續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn)，否則可能會發(fā)生變形或損壞乍厉。當(dāng)使用的空氣若為間歇性運轉(zhuǎn)時蜀骗，使用空氣閥切換方式運作。 
4凹蜈、硬質(zhì)物體限寞、塵袋粉粒體、纖維及水滴應(yīng)在風(fēng)機進入風(fēng)機前除去仰坦，可用集塵袋方式處理履植，若在管道中安裝過濾器，為避免降壓損失悄晃，請使用大面積過濾器玫霎，并定時清理過濾器中之污染物。 
5妈橄、應(yīng)定期清理風(fēng)機內(nèi)部及外部庶近，除去表面灰塵。若大量累積灰塵，散熱效果將變差鼻种，可能造成溫度上升反番，風(fēng)量減少，振動增加叉钥，終引發(fā)故障罢缸。 
6、軸承码累、油封及消聲器等屬于消耗品譬椰，故有一定壽命，需定期更換激撮。同時葉片姚不、外殼、金屬網(wǎng)等也須依使用環(huán)境（主要是腐蝕性空氣流泉惋、氣液混合物等）而定期更換光丢。 
7、在使用中若運轉(zhuǎn)不順或有不正常噪音出現(xiàn)冶习，請關(guān)閉電源檢修或致電。
