高速攪拌乳化系統(tǒng)1操作簡便，性能穩(wěn)定蛀骇，均質(zhì)性好厌秒，生產(chǎn)效率高，清洗方便松靡，結(jié)構(gòu)合理简僧，占地面積少，自動化程度高等特點雕欺。

高速攪拌乳化系統(tǒng)采用上部同軸三重型攪拌器岛马，液壓升降開蓋，快速均質(zhì)攪拌器轉(zhuǎn)速：0-3000r/min（變頻調(diào)速）屠列、

慢速刮壁攪拌器攪拌自動緊貼罐底及罐壁啦逆。采用真空吸料、特別對粉體物料利用真空吸入避免粉塵飛揚笛洛。整個工序在真空條件下進(jìn)行夏志，防止物料在高速攪拌后產(chǎn)生氣泡，能達(dá)到衛(wèi)生無菌要求政庆。本系統(tǒng)配有CIP清洗系統(tǒng)兰吁、容器與物料接觸部分采用SUS316L材料制造、內(nèi)表面鏡面拋光（衛(wèi)生級）仲工。

乳化罐適用于化妝肘抒、醫(yī)藥、食品母卵、化學(xué)任感、染色、印刷油墨等工業(yè)品的生產(chǎn)慈柑，尤其對基質(zhì)粘度大乳吉，固料含量比較高的物料配制乳化更顯功效。
