該生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)是本公司自行設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)生產(chǎn)的新一代自動(dòng)輸送填充到獨(dú)立包裝的聯(lián)動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)臊泌。該機(jī)采用品牌的PLC可編 程序控制器鲤桥，采用多級(jí)伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，集*的光渠概，電茶凳，氣自動(dòng)一體化。該生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)獲三項(xiàng)國(guó)家播揪。該生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)zui大優(yōu)勢(shì)是大大提高了生產(chǎn)效益贮喧， 以機(jī)器代替了人工，降低了勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，減少了人力資源箱沦，避免了產(chǎn)品在包裝過(guò)程中二次污染辩恼，*符合衛(wèi)生安全要求。

◎用 途
該生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)適用于紙巾谓形，水刺布濕布的折疊切斷荸速，食鹽包，胡椒粉包柒谈，白糖包的切斷穴阱，自動(dòng)投放.一次性吸管的自動(dòng)投放，一次性餐具（刀叉勺）的自動(dòng)包裝及一次性中餐具（竹筷胖辨，牙簽爱蚣，紙巾，湯勺）的自動(dòng)包裝讹毁。
◎Application
The packing line is used for cutting and folding napkin, wet tissue, cutting the salt bag, pepper bag etc, then auto loading on to the followpacking machine, as for customer needing, the packing line can addstraw auto loading equipment, cutlery auto packing equipment andalso disposable (sashi rib .tooth pick, tissue, soaps etc.) packing equipment.
